So today was probably one of the best days at work. My friend started working there today and I had to train him. It was funny having him listen to me. But it was busy so I had to actually cook for a decent amount of people. I was nervous because I had to actually cook in front of people and watch them eat it in front of me. I would see if they didn't like it or if they did. Gladly only about 2 people left there plate unfinished. So I'm just going to assume that it was because they were full. I worked from 8 - 3 for a total of 7 hours. I cooked myself some French toast and sausage which is my favorite thing to eat. It was packed all day and we had a group of 8 people come in at once. It was a challenging but very rewarding day. That is all.

Saturday I worked from 9 - 3 like usual for a total of 6 hours. There was not much to do because business was slow so a challenge I had was to find something to occupy myself. I started cleaning all the containers and fill all the vegetables. I made myself a clam burger deep fried. It was pretty good but it was my first time trying clam like that so it was different. Not much special Saturday. Just a regular old day. That is all.

Sunday, April 6
So today felt long at work. We had a full house for almost 3 hours straight and I was there from 9 to 4 for a total of 7 hours. In the midst of the rush I was making an orange juice and I cut myself with and orange juice so that didn't help speed up things. I made myself an habanero burger which is burger meat mixed with habanero peppers for an extra kick. I tried to make it medium rare but it just ended up being well done because I didn't know when to stop cooking the meat . I will get it down eventually. That is all.

Saturday, March 15
Today I learned how to cut and dice vegetables properly with the right finger and wrist movement. You have to curl your fingers back and move from back to front in a smooth motion. I prepared all the vegetables and meats for the omelette. It was kind of slow today. I worked from 9 to 3. There was a lot of time to experiment with ingredients and make new types of food. We made a Baka burger which consists of ham burger meat mixed with habanero and instead of bread buns it was crispy tortillas. It was hard for me putting it all together and trying to make it look nice but my mentor showed me that it's better to make it look simple yet add a little twist. I guess in this case less is more. That's all

Saturday, November 23
Saturday, November 23 I was with my mentor, and he taught me the basic steps of preperation. He taught me how to cut and dice all the fruits and vegetables the right way. I was a little slow at it at first, but then I got the hang of it. He told me that its necesary to cut everything in the right order because if not, the appearance of the food would be messed up. Apparently, appearance of the food is of major importance. He taught me hot to cut peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach, and more. Not much else was taught.

First Thoughts Of Possible Project
In college I might be interested in something in the police force. Maybe after being a street patrol I would go in S.W.A.T.
My second choice would be a rapper but that is a little more extremist. That ones more of a gamble but i would actually like it as my first choice because of all the fans.
My third choice would be a counselor/therapist in high school or college, or the counselor/therapist that helps demented and psycho people. I would always hear a lot of incredible stories and my job would be entertaining.
My possible majors might be in physchology, criminal justice, and/or social work.
